The Commissioner of Police, Michael Falade, gave the assurance during a meeting with members of the task force, stressing the importance of collaboration between the police and the NUJ in identifying and prosecuting individuals engaging in illegal journalism practices.

Falade said the command was ready to work with the task force and other relevant stakeholders to protect the integrity of journalism and ensure compliance with professional standards.
