FG DEPLOYS NIS PASSPORT INTERVENTION TEAM TO UK TO EASE SERVICES FOR NIGERIANS

The Federal Government has deployed a dedicated Passport Intervention Team from the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) Headquarters to the United Kingdom to ease and streamline passport application and processing services for Nigerians in the diaspora.
The team was deployed following a directive by the Minister of Interior, Dr Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, to the Comptroller General of Immigration, Kemi Nandap.
The initiative is aimed at addressing passport-related challenges faced by Nigerians living in the United Kingdom and improving the efficiency of passport application and processing services.
The intervention is expected to provide faster and more effective assistance to Nigerians experiencing difficulties with passport applications and related services.
